4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- As our products are printed on demand, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@outsydas.com with photos of the issue.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or delays outside our control.
